As crazy as it may sound, i sometimes(a lot of times) forget to sleep! And am sure am not the only one. Especially in this day of the constant process interrupting media age. What we also don’t think about is the consequences that follow… am talking about bad sex life, dying earlier, getting fatter, being worse at your job and so on.
